WORST PHONE EVER! First of all, the storage. 1.8 gb. I have 5 apps, 38 pictures, and no storage left. Then, the camera. I can't even see my face. I am in my room with my lamp & my light on and my face is either black or red. I literally have to put my phone under a light. And the picture quality is horrible, everything is blurry and pixelated, basically. Next, the battery, I can be using it for 10 minutes, on lowest brightness and boom I'm down to 90%. Charging can be fast, for some reason when I use different chargers, the speed of charging changes. Last, when I go to set my phone on a table, ground, ect. it turns off.

I upgraded to this model phone from a Blackberry that T Mobile said was going obsolete,
This new phone CAN NOT EVEN TAKE AN UPGRADE AND I OUT OF MEMORY.
Calls can not connect for two - three minutes on numerous occasions due to NO MEMORY. This is a 2.0 gig phone and it takes 1.3 gig just to make the phone operate, I have exactly 56 pics on it and CAN NOT TAKE another pic because the PHONE IE FULL!!!! What a crock of 5h[t that TMobile actually carries this horrible representation of a paperweight for a phone. DON'T GET THIS... EVER. Even if is a "FREE UPGRADE"

Tmobil gave me this phone to replace my LG phone when they went to 4G. This phone is HORRIBLE********DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE*****it comes with 1.8gb of storage space which is taken up by the canned apps...I could only add 2 or 3 apps, I am always getting space unavailable messages....I bought an 8gb sd card but you can't transfer apps to the sd card......the screen malfunctions....I want T mobil to give me another phone.

This phone to me is rated a 6.5 out of 10. The battery life drops 2% every 5 minutes. The camera is grainy internet is slow and there is only a little amount of storage which effects the apps and amount of apps you can have. I can say that the sound is excellent and it comes with a personal hot spot. Also Swype keyboard is already built in on the phone.But all of this for a low price.

I've had mine about a year now. Only two problems I've had with it are the occasional voice on my side drops volume for a few seconds. Also wish the ring volume was louder. Otherwise, voice quality is excellent. No over heating, and decent battery life. I'm happy with my cheap smart phone.

Got this for free from T-Mobile.
Cons:
THIS ONLY HAS 1GB
Can't download many apps
Can't take many pictures.
Front facing Camera is bad quality
Email account don't work

I just purchased my Alcatel pop astro phone, a week ago. I had to lose two applications because it NOW says"I have low memory storage and my email accounts won't work!!!" I know to delete more applications. Useless!! My last phone started having problems, now this!!

Look all those nae sayers on this phone not to be mean but do your homework! The memory issue can be solved by on all your email accounts sync only three days and setting the tech messages to delete old sms and mms as well a deleate the cashe every day. also know what you want in a phone vs being a crybaby-go-wah-wah.

This phone is horrible.
First off the camera is horrible. I wasn't able to take one decent selfie.
Second there is only 1 GB...I thought all phones had at least 8!!!!!!
Third I was only able to download 3 apps before running out of space.
Fourth it sometimes randomly turns off and I have to plug it into a charger.
Charge holds pretty well for me. Doesnt overheat. I like the phone app...vibrates when someone answers. Volume is really good.
Now I know why T mobile gave this phone for free.

Screen goes black and have to take battery out to restart. The sound is low.
This is the second replacement and the phone does the same thing and the volume of the phone has gotten worse.
I will not recommend this phone.

Bought phone from Walmart and works just fine. No screen freeze, no over heating, and best of all no random shutdowns(expected from -$100 phones). Camera and video are OK for this model. Since this phone has limited internal storage management of apps is a must. Buy a quality brand SD card and the phone really keeps up with +$150 phones. For the $65 price this phone has far exceeded my expectations.

it's not bad for 65$ , the camera is sub par, I haven't had any freezing screen or overheating problems
I use to listen to YouTube while driving and it works great for that, this is definitely entry level. but you can still surf the web and FB app with no issues
I give it a 7/10 , you can't beat it for the $
