One of the best phones I've ever owned, lasted over a year (which is very good for me since my other phones only lasted a few months).
Only froze up on occasion but very rarely, worked fast, charged quickly, was extremely difficult to break as I have a habit of dropping things and am extremely clumsy, but it was a survivor through and through.
The only problems I had with it were minor, such as Bluetooth and storage but understandable!
Had the best time with this phone and very sad to see it go after an ex-friend stamped on it ruining the lcd but still no cracks in the screen!
Very unhappy that I have to throw it away.
Honestly rate this phone 10/10

phone is infected with a virus and trojan malware,
this virus that sticks to your phones internals .
Most anti -virus software will not even work
try to unroot and hard reset
and do not to complain for nothing
because you screwed him
and do not install games
that are from an unknown source ,
because there are numerous viruses

Anonymous, 12 Nov 2015my phone keeps on rebooting ,shutting down automatically an... moreif you root then it is virus there is no help , only reinstall new android software, but try to hard reset,
hold down the volume up key and press power key at same time
until the screen lights up to boot the device with recovery mode ,
and then press volume up\down to select the wipe data factory reset.
this will erase all personal data from internal storage.

Root it with kingoroot.
Add the root file explorer in the SU app.
goto system/data/dalvik-cache and delete that file.
phone should reboot & be fine after.

alcatell is better phone that i got used, if your phone is running slow make a back uu and then reset factory sething.when this process is finish make a restore and live your life with your machine

Phone slowing up - try bigger better sdcard as it shares sd storage with phone. Clear data in media storage app. Look at storage in settings / clear cache. I run in airplane mode with wifi.
