I had my iPad 2 and now iPad Air... I can say that when it comes to battery, nothing compares to iPad tablets...
When I hold iPad 2 and Air side by side, there's so much things in Air that I fell in love with it.
Weight, screen and resolution, design and of course speed.
Before when I have an iPad 2, very seldom I use my laptop...
With iPad Air, I never use my laptop..., I can do my office work via iWork and it is flawless!

IPad is the best in any manner, I used Note 3 and finaly gave up. coz many software issues... I am very happy with IPad Air.

And besides.. the battery life is weak in note 2014 also!
Note 2014 is for people who wants to do PC stuff on tablet.. For enjoyment get iPad!..
Then again why bother buy note 2014 to do PC stuff.. when you can spend a bit more for a full desktop system like macbook air or ultrabook?? Or just VNC your PC from your iPad.

Suggestion for you: Buy a Android tablet.. and look at the battery life. I guess u will scream even more :)
iPad Air, left over the weekend = drop 3%
Samsung Note 8, left over the weekend = drop 59%

I am not quite sure but since I had the ipad 4and now have had the air since it came out, it seems to me that the battery life is minimal compared to the 4 it has been quite frustrating ,has anyone else had this problem ? I also bought a diff type keyboard than I had for the 4 that only fits the air ( company begins with L ) NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL ! Battery life on this is total crap aswell ! Previous keyboard MAYBE AHAD TO CHARGE ONCE A WEEK as well as the ipad , the new air with new keyboard always . Keyboard dies if left on in about 2 hrs . Extremely annoying , who walks around with TWO CABLES CONSTANTLY ??? IRRITATING . ANYONE ELSE FIND THIS OR HAVE A SUGGESTION

That's cool. I received my new ipad air today. It's a high quality device. With gr8 display, hardware and appstore. Nevermind it supports flash or not.

Unless u have bad network.. Just keep ur hdd on ur pc, and download streamtome..
IMO, better then plex if u have knowledge on port forwarding, and good home/ mobile network.
