My sibling bought me an iPhone 4S from the US, my problem is that I can't Use it here in the Philippines. So how can I make it function here in the philippines. Should I jail break it?

How come I can't open my downloaded apps anymore? I can open the pre-installed apps by apple but not longer the downloaded ones from the app store.
As I click on a downloaded app the screen quickly fades to black in a fraction of a second and returns to normal state once again.
Does anyone have any experience with this problem? And possibly a solution to this 'error'?

The 4s is amazing, I jus came frm android Nd have been nothin short of impressed with the quality and ability of the iPhone... Truly an amazing piece of hardware and I believe still is the number 1 phone on the market... Screen size is preference but the resolution is insane... If u want sumthing with noticeable pixels then join the android crew but if I want something sharp and beautiful then iPhone is where u wanna be! Join us

How can I get my phone to ring, that is make a sound when someone calls me? It used to ring but now it'll only vibrate. I've checked settings but it still doesn't work...

Apart from double clicking home button and closing all apps running in background by pressing "-" sign ,is there any other way of closing all running apps in 1 go or a customized app from App store who does the same

To all pips out here whose thorn between the 4S and Galaxy note. Just think about it, within a year the resale value of the 4s is still high you can still sell it around 70% of the original price. But for the note, it suck just like all other android device. All of them are made of plastic or some other material that they claim to be durable and shit.
4s is the real deal and with the iphone 5 coming, shit this samsung will come up with another copycat device and will call it the best smartphone shit. Men just feel the quality of apple products, they are sure to be expensive but they are surely worth the money, unlike samsung whose other products are more expensive but are all made of sub standard materials.

galaxy s 2 is much more better in feature but if you pay for qulity and respect yourself (not buy plastic toy)the answer is iphone 4s .best idea is to wait till s3 announce
