Hey, just wanted to find out how to use 'personal hotspots' on my 4s?
My brother has a 4s as well and when he goes into setting, he has a button that has personal hotspots however on my iPhone it doesn't. I have no idea as to why it doesn't as it's the same phone but I'm hoping someone knows how to bring that button up so I can use it.

Other than that, no major problems and it's great! You buying one?
