Use airplane mode when signal is low, searching for signal constantly consumes a lot of juice.
Reduce motion on.
Turn off push notifications.

I also have an ipad mini retina which is where i edit my photos and videos using snapseed, procamera 8, imovie and gravie. However, im disappointed with airdrop. Both devices run on ios 8.1.3 but it really takes a long time to detect one another, at least 5mins. Smh
Touch ID is perfect.

But this only happens when you're using a different charger to what is supplied. I've noticed that my 5S heats up when I use a charger with 5V 1500mAh output, although that's a 0 to 100 percent full in 2 hours which is an hour faster than when using the supplied charger (or any charger with 5V 1000mAh output). Also, charging the 5S with a case on it also is a contributing factor. It's better to charge up the battery with the phone without its case.
One thing that is important to remember here is that it actually harms the battery when it and the device gets too warm whilst being charged up.

Akihiko, 17 Mar 2015What do you mean by "form factor/build"?Do you want a phone made of plastic, metal, glass, aluminum? Do you want thick or thin phones? Iphones have a premium feel and form to it but there's always a thought On the back of your mind that the iphone is going to be shattered when it hits the floor accidentally or not.

Exynos is great, im happy sammy chose exynos instead of snapdragon for s6. remember sammy makes most of the iphone chips (except a8) and also most of their displays. android is often laggy especially it is coated with skins (ex touchwiz,sense,etc) which makes it laggier in the sense two OS are co-existing in your phone. ios sometimes lags and crash, there is no perfect OS, no matter how high end the specs are. it depends sometimes on the user on optimizing the smartphone's capabilities and adapting to its flaws.
