I have both iphone 5s and galaxy s5, both of them are really good damn phone. Okay this is my opinion if you are confuse to choose one of them.
What I like:
1. In my experience, iPhone 5s has a great battery life on wifi but not good as s5 in 3G or LTE connection
2. Incredibly fast, you will not notice any lag on it while gaming or just browsing internet.
3. Compact or handy, it's nice in your pocket. And your finger can reach all spot of the screen without using your other hand
4. Speaker isn't too bad, very loud and it beat the s5 speaker wich is not so loud. But it can't compared with m8 or xperia z2.
5. Fingerprint scanner are 100% works you just need to put your finger on home button. Not like my s5, it's lil bit inaccurate.
6. Camera is a good one from the 5s, it produce natural color, fast auto focus and true tone flash that makes you take a better picture in dark condition.But some unlucky peoples get camera issue wich camera is producing annoying purple flare if you facing the camera with strong light or direct sunlight.
7. The camera lens and home buttons are made by sapphire crystal and it's stronger than gorilla glass 3, you don't have to worry about if they get scratched.
8. Beauty of iOS 7, very simple os and you will love it.
What i don't like:
1. Bug in iOS 7, if you want buy iphone 5s, you must dare to live with bug that stay in ios 7. The bug isn't specific and it's various between another iphone 5s.
2. Display screen also just covered by Gorilla glass 1, that thing is not so hard and not so scratch resistant. If you accidentaly drop your phone from your pocket, that's enough to makes your screen crack. If you're lucky, that's fine. So you must put otterbox on it or whatever else.
3. Display. Yeah, retina display is far away from super amoled s5 in color contrast and screen resolution.

Hey guys just a curious question but the battery life in the iphone 5S i am using is not all that gread the phone is about 2 weeks old and im already having to charge it about 2-3 times a day when i am using it and when i have a day were im not using it. it last for about 3 quarters of the day is this normal or should i take it to get fixed thnx ;D

The construction is the best of any competition. It also is sleek and polished to be a quality phone. If you own one or have held one, you will see it speaks for it self.

People compare specs to judge the price of the devices. However its not true for iOS users.. they do not care about specs, they care about real life usage.. and iOS users are the most picky users as they spend alot on iPhone already.
But the application on iOS is much polished compared to Android. Screen is more responsive, picture taken from the camera looks more realistic and beautiful, games/browsing run smooth and fast.
Then there are the group of people going for legacy features like fm radio / bluetooth transfer / usb sync with pc/mac / sd slots maybe because their friends are using non apple products also.. so they have to follow no choice.. They are sorely disappointed because iOS have new ways of doing stuff, like internet radio / sharing / icloud backup / itunes match / their own sharing methods Airplay, airdrop etc.
Android users compare specs and are confused about price.
iOS users do not want to be confused, and thus judge phone value by real life experience (Stuff you can touch/feel/see)
If you take away all hate / love from iPhone. And use it personally, embrace all the new methods iPhone have, you find that iPhone is not featureless, its just another set of different unique features. And you will not want to go back.

Hi everyone, am kind of confuae and I need a bail out. What make iphones so unique that even though they have same featurws or at times inferior to their counterparts yet they are sold at high prices like that? Iphone foe instance is sold about $700 in my country whiles galaxy s5 goes for 450 dollars? And it like that all ober the internet, someone pls educate me.

Now in the market there is no smartphone can beat s5 in specifications (I challenge anyone to find stronger than s5 ), check the specification of both and see the proccessor and the ram, the camera and the battery, the sensors and even the screen, the only disadvantage in s5 is the plastic body and the classic model, if you can, go to xperia Z2, it has almost the same power than s5 but better style.

Another good thing about Apple product is its reliability, my experience, i am using Macbook core 2 duo white from 2010 until now its all function, good condition both hardware and sofware, am still using MacOS X 10.6.8 and planned to update Mavericks, very good battery life up to 5.5 hours.

Apple is a limited use and Android is an open and more customization but i lov iPhone 5c and 5S, mac, ipad air best products in the worlds.
