So I think it's not going to be a problem. I currently have an iOhone 4s 32gb. It has 512mb RAM. I've filled it to max and still had no problems. Just slight lag. But not much to notice. Android phones need a higher RAM as it's heavy compared to iOS. :-)

With this specs iphone 6 will be the fastest phone like iphone 5s one year ago, it's not all about specs, it's about optimization between hardware and ios, so for android fans iphone in comparision with samsung it's like a mercedes and an opel with the same performances, good night guys
