Expected release in the USA Q4, and in true ASUS style, expected release in Australia Q3 2013 at more than double the price. PADFONE 2 has some great spec and has great potential in the Enterprise but ASUS in Australia unfortunately are difficult to deal with. Partnering with their competitors is a lot easier when making recommendations to the major SME & SMS. Such a pity as the PADFONE2 seems a terrific device.

Ammar212, 04 Oct 2012Fastest processor quad 1.5GHz and maximum graphics 320 ... more2140mah is quite ok actually.... though the 1st gen batt life is not top notch but with only a 10% increase in screen size, but u get 30%+ juice, so i think it is ok. though we still need to see how the S4 Pro and 2gb ram reacts.... and with the station as a backup batt, the juices should suffice for 1 whole day heavy usages.... though of course, i wouldnt mind getting a MAXX battery here.... ^_^

4.7 Screen
Only battery if can be 3500+ will be best mobile avwilable
Because 2140 is tooo low for 4.7 Screen
Please asus review this comment before final release

I love the concept but I still don't get the idea why anyone would want a large touchscreen phone to dock to the tablet - why not have a smaller phone with the guts, a great camera etc. and the pocket-ability that docks and does all the stuff needing screen space (web, video, reading etc.)?
