I trust BB has finally incorporated a decent camera. My 9700 camera is terrible as if it is just an after thought. Very pleased with OS 6 even if it is a little slow as overall the mobile works better. I will certainly upgrade to 9900 as BB provides the only secure and effective messaging service which is important for my business. The larger form is also an advantange.

Standard battery, Li-Ion 1230 ?
blackberry that is no funny at all.......at least should be 1500mAh!!!!!!
but better with 1800mAh because using 1.2GHz processor CPU. Or u want tell me that BB OS7 can save battery life?

I am really dissapointed that Blackberry launch a flagship 9780 on OS6 then this 9900 n OS7. To make things worse you cannot upgrade the OS on the 9780. Poor show Blackberry. Really dissappointed.

This is it.... finally can have a smart big Bold LoL
But I'm kind of worry about the battery...
- New Bold 9900 battery is only Li-ion 1230 mAh
**It is even less than all of the old Bolds
- BB Bold 9000 & 9700(Onyx-1)they have Li-ion 1500 mAh
- BB Bold 9780 (Onyx-2) has Li-Po 1500 mAh
>> Will it make it?? Can it use at least for whole day long (20-24 hours fully use for a heavy duty user)??
>> What's the difference between Li-ion and Li-Po??

My goodness, I know there are short ways of spelling words when sending a message but for crying out loud, spell properly!
I do have my doubts on the battery life though and would wait to read the reviews before buying.

I like this phone but with a doubt with the battery. Comparing this phone to 9700 with low processing speed to 9900 with almost twice the processing speed will create a hesitation on my mind. But I'll wait for the official reviews before buying this phone. Still thumbs up for this.

pretty juicy specs considering BB was all having 624mhz processor in TORCH. only problem with bb is unnecessarily premium pricing like NOKIA and SONY. If they make it comparable to other smartphones like SAMSUNG GALAXY S etc. it will boom the fledging fate of RIM
