please help....My screen turns blue when i take camera shots at night with flash on. What should i do. The phone is just 2 weeks old from the date i bought it.

However you can download android apps on to it.

I guess BB has constructed BB OS 10 without the option to turn off auto brightness.
But it would be good if we were given the option to turn on or off the auto brightness.

I used to have a Q10 and the screen display was terrible. Gave me migraines and headaches because of the auto brightness feature. Was hoping there wasn't any dimming effect at low light with this Q5. Apparently, it is similar to the Q10. Deal breaker for me.

Many people have complained about reading difficulty due to this since you cannot turn off the auto brightness.
What BB has done with their latest OS update 10.2 is that they have introduced an option called white balance, stating that you can adjust the screen from Cool White to Warm White, but when you move the slider towards the left the screen is blueish white and when you move the slider towards the right, the screen is yellowish white, as if you have an amoledyellowish screen. So my slider moving from left to right is 40%.

Got this phone yesterday.
The battery back up is good, but I am disappointed with the camera.
Rest need to explore the other features.
