I am using my Z30 since last 6 months, many times my contacts freezes and the contacts screen becomes white - I need to restart my phone to unfreeze - can somebody advise me how to get rid from this issue.

I have had an iPhone 4 for about a year. My office gave me a Z30, and I have to admit it is a better phone. The Z30's larger screen is very nice, it has a better camera, the reception and range are better - and the Blackberry Hub is terrific.
The only real negative, and it is a major one, is that the selection of apps is simply not the same. If you just need a few key apps you are fine - but check to make sure the apps you need are available before making a purchase decision.

Main difference between Z10 to Z30 is that of battery life, and unavailability of FM radio. Z10 has got a comparatively smaller battery and power hungry display. I have used Z10 and find that as long as the bettery lasts, it is a pleasure to use. The size is perfect to hold ( though I love the display real estate of Z30 a plus for my kind of usage).
Performance wise, the display in Z10 is stunning. Z30 is good, but comparing to Z10 it pales . Other than that I don't feel much difference any other areas ( application , camera, browsing etc).
Oh, the stereo speakers , signal reception (paratek antenna) and noise cancelling microphones too are the positives of Z30.

NV, 06 Aug 2014I am BB Bold user since last 4yrs. Planning to try Z30. Is ... morei also moved from Bold 4, the learning curve is not that hard as people say, unless you're really the kind that cannot live using a touchscreen smartphones.
Z2 or Z30, i'd say go to their stores, play around with the phones and see which one you like more. if you like to take pictures more, go for Z2. if you're more into communication (texting, social medias etc) Z30 is the best choice. the virtual keyboard is to die for :)

bux, 04 Aug 2014top class phone, has 2 operating systems technically. andro... morethat's the point, BlackBerry doesn't need expensive, "updated" hardware specs to run smoothly. most of them costs the battery life and the price anyways. even the "lower" specs Z30 has is more than enough to run smoothly and without any lags.
even the more "updated" specs note 3 my sister lags from her and my experience using it. experience is the more important thing here, i ditched my Xperia Z for Z30 and couldn't be more thankful for that. well, except for the waterproof capability. haha.

This one doesn't support 4G in india.however it has the capability of the network.

Ron, 07 Aug 2014What ???? Did you read the specs and understand them??? S... moreDoes the device support 4G LTE band of india ? I don't see the spec mention about it ,as it is available only in 2300 MHz TD -LTE band currently. Not a worth buy long term. :-D
