Anonymous, 16 May 2014please someone tell me is bbz30 can be update in 10.3?The Z10 and Z30 will skip the 10.3 and go directly to the 10.3.1. There are several articles written about why that you can research.
The reason this is being done is that the releases are so close together that it makes no (financial) sense for the carriers who bundle customizations to prepare a ROM for 10.3 and then do it again a few months later for 10.3.1, so Blackberry will go directly to 10.3.1 for the Z10 and Z30 as will the carriers.

They are two different Operating systems ( say like Windows and Linux). To answer your question about android applications , if you have a BlackBerry 10 phone , search in web "how to install android APKs in BlackBerry 10". You will get a truckload of answers.

Blackberry Z30 can be updated to 10.3 via leaked OS but that is not yet recommended for daily phone usage because its early beta.
