Still there's lot more to this device which people are not taking into consideration
well a personal advice if u can provide - I have to keep the device for arnd 3 years and i don't shuffle mobiles that easily, so taking into consideration everything, should i go for this or s4?

I don't have 20 mins to handpick them for you. I've been playing with the camera and I really like it. Hdr when the suns out works really well. This is what I've found, ps, I'm not a fanboy, I've owned Nokia's, HTC, Samsung, pc's and nexus devices.
1. Camera is top notch.
2. The build and screen are 2nd to none, the Xperia seems so weak compared, check out actual phones for yourselves.
3. Sound from the speakers has a range which you wouldn't believe.. much much much better than my laptop.
4. Performance is better than my nexus 4 and that's pure android.
Phone is narrow, almost like a big iPhone so getting used to that.
5. Battery is on 30%now been using fairly heavily for 9 hours now. Pretty good.
6. I'm not a fan of blink feed so I don't really go onto it, but as it goes to the last homescreen you used, it doesn't really effect me.

Right listen I own both an iPhone 5 and a Galaxy S3 but on Saturday I got my mitts on the HTC One...both the IPhone and Galaxy now find themselves on ebay...no fancy comments just fact the device is very very good

My Next phone for sure..it gives the premium feel of both the build quality and the software is very premium .. best of the android...guys don't go for s4 ..it is plastic slab with boring UI and features that r not used often

Look at all these hyped generated due to 4MP camera, while there are many negative comments about it but undoubtedly catch alot of attentions. Half of them will probably check out the phone and find the camera to be good. Nice strategy i would say..
Btw GSMArena, it's been FiVE days and the review isn't out yet. Please make haste.

There is one month passed by introducing this phone, HTC even haven't creat a introducing video for this phone rather than promotional video. Samsung had released introduction video about New galaxy even three days. No doubt about why HTC fails.

Guess what design alone is enough to convince me to purchase it over anything and with design I mean looks , ergonomics in daily use and the premium feel for which I will be spending so much

hahaha................y people are so much curious about camera of this phone, camera is not the only thing which we use in phone believe me htc one is better than plastic S4 and the haters they just look at 4mp camera unfortunately they cant see the sensor size, the camera of one is amazingly great.........i had my hands on it, its great phone and definitely i am going to buy it.

Google HTC one camera comparisons, it isn't hard unless your trolling ????
