as per i read this 4MP is based on a new technology.
As per the ndtv gadget
"The HTC One takes photos at 4-megapixels resolution and with the help of a more advanced CMOS Sensor, ISP, and optical lens system, it captures significantly above 300 per cent more light than most 8 or 13 megapixel cameras"
well we all know exposer is more imp than MP now.

Just a 4MP camera??? that is wrong... more new model comes with 13MP and old HTC one X has a;ready 8MP and on this it went DOWNGRADE :(

The 4MP camera is a big drawback for this phone even though HTC uses jargons like ultrapixel etc. In reality there is no distinct advantage of this ultrapixel over traditional megapixels. SGS3, iPhone5 and Xperia Z are miles ahead. Still waiting to see the wonders that the SGS 4 will be bringing along on March 14th.

nokia 808 pureview has this creative mode wherein you will have two options to capture great photos: the pureview mode or full resolution.. In pureview mode you will have the 8 5 and 2 not just ordinary megapixel but i should say supermegapixel because once you zoom in those pictures, you won't loose any details- now that's amazing!! When you choose the full resolution you can have the full wack of of 38.4 and 33.6 megapixel- 4 times looseless digital zoom!! Aside from those options, 808 pureview has a lot of settings for you to choose which setting would fit in...
Definitely it is the the current camera king imao!!! Your 4 mp/ultrapixel camera phone is a no match to this giant cameraphone!! So don't be fool with what you're saying!!" blahblahblah... You better do some more research poor guy!!!

what???? if you comparred htc to a normal smartphone you might have had a point, but being a "Nokia Owner" you quickly forgot how actually oversampling works, what's the actual 'virtual pixel' size when resolution is 3/5/8mp(in 8mp you get ~3.17microns and in 5mp - 4.01, HTC gets 2) and all this combined with a huge senzor. I find it so amusing when people throw to trash 5 years of actually work and innovation(808) and praise a marketing gimmick of a slashed resolution 1/3" senzor from 8 mp to 4 just so they could show off - "Look at our big pixels" not to mention the first samples and comparisons which aren't that good(at least for a flagship)...

We ppl all know the picture quality of Htc Smart phones
but any buddy can tell me that this phone's primary camera only got 4 megapixel why an odd figure all phone on this specs come with minimum 8 megapixel.
kindly take a note if theres a correction on specs...
