[deleted post]I will make a bet with you at once, i bet that i will not find a 64GB HTC One in Manila, one of the worlds biggest cities, in one of the worlds fastest growing economies where people are currently so full of money that they are buying smartphones and expensive gadgets just to get the money out of the way. I am willing to include the 64GB One and the 64GB One X+ as well, plus 32GB SGS3 and Note 2. And the 64GB Note 2? Samsung didnt even manufacture a single one yet.

[deleted post]Ok so where do we buy the 64GB version? One X+ was sold in 64GB versions in only very very small numbers, because it was not available! Same with One, it will not be available to 99% of the customers, which is why people do not buy it. Same with samsungs 64GB devices, and even the 32GB ones are nowhere to be found. A bit better for tablets but Galaxy Tab 2 is only available in 16GB in very many countries, if not most.

Xperia Z supports 64GB cards if the card is formatted in the phone, and there will be a fix for it soon in any case. 16 + 64 is more than twice as much as 32. Its very easy to chose. My phone in 2009 had 32GB plus card slot, and i think the first phones with 32GB internal plus a card slot came out in 2007 (Nokia N97), and then we are going to have LESS storage today, in 2013? No way, unacceptable. And before some genius come and suggest cloud storage: get real please? Im at a party and record a video and need more storage, "excuse, can you stop the party for 3 hours while i upload 2GB of movie files to my skydrive?". LoL.

        HTC one and ultrapixel.

It was once rumored that this handset would use a 13MP sensor instead of 4.3MP Ultrapixel sensor. Other rumor said that it would use 3 units of 4.3MP stacked or combined together.

The sensor for HTC One is 4.3MP Ultrapixel sensor which has sensor size/pixel three times the size of the mainstream phone camera sensor size/pixel. According to HTC this translate to 300% more light captured thus making the picture clearer and have more accurate color.

CMIIW, if we transform the ultrapixel camera sensor to the mainstream camera sensor, it would have roughly the same size as 13 MP sensor.
        4.3MP x 3 x sensor size = 12.9MP x sensor size

Judging from the early camera sample on units on launching event, the Ultrapixel sensor indeed absorbed more light. However the result is somewhat grainy. HTC guy should optimize the post processing. Let's hope the retail units have better image quality, or else it would take a lot of bashing, especially on Ultrapixel thing.

HTC One is a decent looking phone with stronger power backup, optimal screen size ie 4.7".
it could be addresses as a smartphone / not phablet.

combo, 02 Mar 2013R U bluffing ? everybody knows that N 808 pure view (40 M... moreThat's because the Nokia 808 Pureview's camera sensor is massive, far bigger than most on the market, meaning that there is plenty of space to put the 40 odd megapixels, what this guy is trying to say is completely correct, if you put a lot of pixels, like 13mp into a small, standard sized camera lens for a phone, then it does create a lot of digital noise, the size of the sensor is how the Nokia 808 Pureview gets round this, check your facts mate.

Wake up! It's a 4MP camera, and what they said it better to capture 300% extra light doesn't translate in REAL LIFE!

No significant difference with conservative camera.

                      GO FIGURE!

Jack, 03 Mar 2013geez htc no card slot !!! whyeeee !!! not ?Because 64gb of internal storage is tons, 32gb is fine for most people, Micro SD cards are slower than internal memory, fragment the items on your device and they are inconvenient as when plugged into a computer, they act as a disc drive and no content stored on them can be accessed while plugged in. Apple had the right idea from the start, no Micro SD with big internal storage equals simple, slick and easy storing of media and apps. Finally the other phone and tablet making companies are realising that.

Alot of people are out of touch & so ill informed re. pixel capacity in a digital/slr camera or ph.
                                > if your only going to have photo prints done at the standard 4x6 size then it wouldn't matter if the photos were taken by a 5mp or 15mp but !
if your going to be making up enlarged prints like 8x10, 10x12's and so on > then the larger megaPixel capacity will come into effect that way you wouldn't be losing quality in making up 8x10's or 16x20's type photo's as the larger capacity of megaPixels keeps the photo from blurring out on an enlargement .
** i really hope that get's through to all these so called genius's out there .
