I recently picked this up because my phone was getting old and this was on sale. You don't buy this for the great specs. The Motorola battery always had a good reputation so that's the main reason I got it. It's just fine for normal use. It works smoothly, and it has the new snapdragon with 5 G. You probably don't need 5 G that badly, but hey. it can take a photo. You can even zoom in a few times but man that looks awful. (I do admit, if I didn't have my 83x zoom camera I would have bought a better phone.) I put my basic apps on it, (whatsapp and boardgames) and I charged it over a week ago. That's what it is, no more and no less.

Someone , 08 Apr 2023G52 doesn’t have 5G. And 720p display is better because it ... more720p looks worse, it may last a little longer, but it's not worth using 720p instead of 1080p in 2023. Who cares about 5g that consumes more battery and there is no signal in all areas? 4g speeds are enough for anything you want to do on your phone. G52 is by far the best choice. And if u look at battery endurance of the Moto G82 130h vs 123h on the G53..And G52 last a bit longer than G82 on battery drain tests.

Been using the Chinese version of this for a few months now. It's actually better than the one sold in EU, which goes for 250 EUR for the 4/128 version, while the Chinese one cost me 200 USD, including shipping, for a 8/128 version. The hieroglyphs are still around in some places, but I don't encounter them during daily use.

The battery is alright, lasts a couple of days easily with moderate use, and the 10W charging doesn't feel like it's holding me back in any way.

Adaptive brightness works well, fingerprint sensor is fast and not capricious. The black lid is actually pretty beautiful, though you'll never see it. Comes with a really good silicone case, though.

I wildly prefer IPS over OLED due to OLED having shimmer, and the "low resolution" screen works just fine for me, I really don't get the tiny screen pixel race some people are on.

Dolby Atmos sound is great, especially in headphones.

The camera is middling to unimpressive to passable. It gets the job done. Expect nothing more than that, and you will be disappointed only slightly. Go for G73 if you want roughly the same phone with a better camera.

My only gripe is it's just a little bit too big and heavy. If it was around 10-20% smaller, it would be an ideal phone for me.

                                    Hello,
Why can't I put a second SIM card on my Motorola phone? There is no place for the holder, but it says that the phone has a hybrid holder.
Is it only the eSIM that I flash to use as a second one?
