This device is perfect if i can afford it, i need to wait for the S6 release on 2015 so S5 will be cheaper as i am saving money 1SGD a day. The fact that S4 is more compact than S3 amazes me, but the battery should have been 3300mah replacea le with ~9mm thickness it's fine. This might be done on S5 which am aiming to buy after S6 release. Battery is the LIFE of a smartphone so give us more life especially with very high end specs device.

just want to tell you that googling something you don't know much about is a good thing.
because the new exynos 5 octa chip has more power than the quad chip in the galaxy s3 while it uses 30% less power , and the bigger screen will take the 30% from the 2100 in the s3 , so you'll be left with 500 more to enjoy the phone that is more powerful than the s3 and that lasts longer than s3.

this giant copycat will defeat all others.
specially Apple will b defeated when sam. will price too. This time others brought their best things earlier. Sam. easily copied them.

Can't wait to have this phone. I think I'll go for the white one. 1080p with Bigger screen and more added features to explore with. Excited for the Processor aswell. Kudos for Samsung for bringing up this Flagship.

The big question is that whether do yiu need such a high specs or not...i own a samsung galaxy s 2 but i would prefer sony xperia z....great looks and specs exactly what is needed

Just as i expected - The same design with just a bigger screen and better specs. Same plastic body.. It looks like the smaller version of galaxy note 2. Although i have to admit, the design is better than s3. But these kind of materials are simply not suitable for a flagship device. This time sammy got behind the htc and sony flagships, no surprise.

..And sorry to disappoint. But not all countries will get the 8-Core processor. Those with no support for LTE will likely to get the quad-core 1.9GHz Krait 300 CPU.

Never owned a Samsung cellphone and i never will. i have held the S3 in my hand and its sooo lightweight and plastic.. And build is my first criteria when buyin´.
Thats what holds me away from buying Galaxy Sx phones. Im going for HTC One. Much better built and feels nice and heavy.
But Sammy is really pushing specs here.. iPhone is so far behind that they have lost the terrain completely..

thanks samsung for not listening to your critic and still producing that ugly plastic look AGAIN, well done. I now move on to HTC ONE., please give me one reason I shouldn't?
I don't care how powerful this may be under the bonet, I care about both look and power, and HTC provides both.
it is like having BMW top model engine on the body of TABLOT or Opel
come on , lets get real here
S4 will not sell as a hot cake in my opinion, even sony z looks and performs better!

Im a samsung fan but i respect all phones... i admit HTC ONE is a great phone, the only let down is the 4mp camera but the rest is fine... sony xperia z has a great build quality and design, but theres really nothing it can do thats better than HTC ONE or GS4 other than it being water/dust proof... GS4 however is inbetween, it may not have the best design but it still looks great to millions of people including me, and it has the best software and features aswell as having 1 of the best camera in a phone.
We just need to wait for the battery test, but im pretty sure it will do better than HTC ONE or Xperia Z, since GS3 JB was allready 50 hours endurance test.
