This is a good smart phone, with a very good battery life, but why it lacks a radio?

Hi peeps!
I think Motorola have a very good device in this release, but....GSM version is important, necessary and mandatory....unless it is forbidden.
Otherwise, I think I can make a purchase or two...if GSM is made available.
