USB is not host only, it works with USB on the go.
I've tried w a Maxell, and it works fine.

Buy Moto X if you don't need more than 16GB or 32GB of memory (depending the model you choose). Otherwise, go for a model with memory slot card. Mine is the 16GB one, and it lasts only 2.6GB of memory... :-(( heavy games like Asphalt 8(1GB), Virtua Tennis(1GB), and lots of music videos... Motorola MUST do a cellphone with memory slot cards!!! I thought 16GB would be enough for me, but it's not! I love this cellphone, but memory slot card, please!!!

san, 20 Apr 2014can anyone who has been using this phone pls tel me how is ... moreI like the camera, it's very simple to use it but don't expect a spetacular cam. The quality of the pics are very good. It takes better pictures in HDR mode ON, but in this mode the shot is not so fast and it's good when the background is lighter than the main subject. Use HDR mode when the subject is not moving, otherwise turn it off or your pic will be blured. And don't shake it. The best thing about the cam is the option to turn it on just shaking the cellphone - it's nice when u need to take a quick picture and don't want to loose that moment.

shain, 20 Apr 2014how is the battery and is the phone having any heating issuesBattery is good in moderate use. But if you use google maps a lot and play games for hours, you have to recharge that. About heating issues, it gets very hot when using google maps. But for games is ok.

If internet working but play store not than go to settings-apps-and reset your all apps preferences. Hope it will work.

The phone is very comfortable to use and Is also great in looks.
Since a free days, my playstore is not working. Every time I start it, it says - no connection found.

I got my Moto X Royal Blue on past 8th of April. Ordered from flipkart at very first launch day on 19th of March. So I'm using this beautiful phone from 13 days and only thing I want to say that I love my Moto X. After using Nokia N9 which was also a great device I was bit worried because I never used Motorola before.
Things I love about Moto X-
1. Beautiful design and royal blue is just fantastic. Its so slim and it fits in hand perfectly.
2. Camera is superb and simple. As I heard in some reviews that its not up to the mark but believe me its something in camera that you will love.
3. 16 GB is enough for me. Processor works very fine, It never lags. Screen is sharp, colors are so bright.
4. Active Display is good but i'm not using it much.
5.OK Google Now(Haha when i was reading, it pops up)works superbly. It never fails. It stays always on my device and its very helpful. Its way better than Siri.
6. Battery is good gave one day with moderate use.
So in conclusion its my first android phone officially. I used android before but they were not mine. As I was bit worried about android experience but it just superbly working. 24k is decent price if we look for the features of this device. Its amazing phone.
