Also want to remove all the Chinese Apps as don't speak chinese so cluttering the device...
Am also interested to explore the same with the XT928.

moi, 05 Apr 2012yo bakpau need some help here, why my xt882 have no google ... morebecause, the standard in China, no google mobile services (GMS) that include no gmail, no maps, no market/play, they replace it with their own market,
but
there's an app to install the GMS and to root the phone, same app.
if you have line messenger, tell me your line id, i will add you, or meet up some place, where are u, btw~?

SuperGoku, 27 Jan 2012Awesome phone with powerful specs.... must release the phon... moreyes it supports English language and standard android keyboard (you can install other 3rd party keyboard apps), and if you're rooted, you could block or delete all the Chinese apps bloatware.
It's really great using this phone, both cdma n gsm are working as they should, no complain from me (still waiting for the ics)
btw, the newest model is XT928, it offers more specs than this one, of course with more money to expend.
