What about samsung galalxy s4 I9500.Is it not a update for s4.Samsung cheating guys.They said they will provide all update.Better to shift to Android L devices where we have all update with new UI.

I would rather wait awhile for Lollipop 5.0 to settle down and let them iron out the bugs before installing.
Past experiences tell me that being a guinea pig in their software upgrades only serves one thing - FRUSTRATION.

I got the phone I chose at the purchase point. The updates will come when they will, samo is good you dont really need em...might upgrade might not. Good luck with your motorola tho, had one years ago, a1000, best phone of its time back then.

My point is that Samsung devices show Android in a different light. Too much modifications on Samsung's part put them at this disadvantage. While I will be enjoying Lollipop, you will be wondering when the update will arrive. Motorola has got this right. But you know why Samsung sticks with TouchWiz, right? They want to differentiate TouchWiz with stock Android, so that they can roll out their own OS (think Tizen...). Anyways, I believe that all Android devices should stick with stock Android. They will have updates much sooner and will be more reliable. It's 2015: I think Android users should get the latest version and updates a short time after they are officially released. But I don't have to wait because I own a Moto X, and that is my point. Motorola sticks to a winning formula and this is one reason why they are gaining traction in the Android smartphone space.

this is why only 25% of android users are using kit kat. there rest are using an version of android from "2012"

No doubt the UK will next year for the update as normal. 6 months behind the rest of the world.
