Anonymous, 10 Jan 2015first rotating camera was on a 3 network phone (in the uk) ... moreiPhones have been getting away with no expandable memory on their phones for years. And they market the hell out of their raggedy 8 megapixel cameras.
I would LOVE to see the Chinese try to sue someone for patent infringement. Their whole economy is based on wholesale, gleeful patent stealing.

This is just the Oppo N1 with Polariod software and Android whatever it is. It DOES NOT look but IT IS. And then they call it the Polaroid something

its a copycat phone and nobody should buy a third rated phone like that plus its specs are below decent and only has 16 gb memory with no expandable

Well im not fan of "legal issues" about design, because design is to complicated to understand for lawyers, and if we try enough we could sue Every phone from 90' for having external antenna... or sue cows because they are black & white like zebras...
But you need to admit that its way similar design than first galaxy s vs iPhone xD

This white Polaroid phone with a swiveled camera does look strikingly similar to the Oppo N1, but then again so do all other shiny black rectangular phones when put against each other.
Similar doesn't mean the same, thus it remains to be seen if there is an infringement at all.

I don't agree that oppo is the "inventor" of rotating camera phone. Do a little search for Samsung D820 .this slide basic phone featured such camera years ago

Win!I have tried Oppo N1 and this doesnt seem to use the same mechanism, this one reminds me much more of a swiveling camera i have encountered on Acer laptop, looong ago.
The Oppo N1 cam feels like it is swiveled in a wrong axis, not well made.
