Of course iPad Sales are going to slowdown because current tablets already are so good. I have Air and not see any reason to buy Air 2, lets see what Air 3 going to offer, maybe i upgrade then, maybe not.
Its clear that mobile makers really need to do something big if they want to keep selling new tablets.

So apart from some android users , some ipad users also moving to iphone 6 & plus. no wonder iphone 6 & plus selling like hot cakes

it is mainly a status symbol in India.. holding an Iphone will make you feel rich and important... i feel sorry for those buy this over priced phones after spending their hard earned money. And they make it a big deal if apple makes profit as if apple gives a portion of their profit to them..pathetic.

Come on people! What is happening here?!! A war between Apple and Android?!!
Each ecosystem has its own advantages and disadvantages and its better not to compare one another as Apple devices and Android devices are two ends of a string.
Android devices are meant mostly for people who would like to have a more customized and open version of OS and who would want to own a device without spending a fortune when compared to Apple iPhones. Its the biggest mistake that people make when measuring an Android phone with customised UIs such as that of Samsung, LG, Sony etc in terms of performance, updates etc. The best of an Android device can be brought out only by the untouched version of stock android. Only a device with stock android can provide consistent and timely updates, performance and smoothness when compared to Apple devices.
Apple devices are always manufactured for people who don't care about customizations, open ecosystem or price tags. Whatever may be the price, Apple knows that its customers will definitely buy it because, its simply the wealthy or hardcore fans of Apple who are its customers. Its the wealthy part of people who currently own Android or other devices that Apple is looking forward in converting to its devices.
There isn't any need to make a Big fight about different smart phone companies and waste your precious time because at the end, all such companies exist only to make a huge profit and please its shareholders!! Neither Apple or Google is going to take care of you, be your life partner, pay your bills or tuition fees out of their hands etc. So, all my respected friends out there, enjoy your respective devices and enjoy your life!!

Still only 13% of the market. Google has nothing to worry about. Plus, 3/4 of all iPhone 6 sales came from old sold iPhones. Nothing new. 1/4 came from renewed contracts.

lol thats whats happens when you please chinese consumers :) anyway android is still better os than ios more custom, more freedom, problem is fragmentation and million options of chipsets, but again for everyone different taste, thats why android will be on the top off ios forever until next gen oses will come

I have had great screen for years, and by the way lot of that record sales came from android switchers Tim said in conference call, so more and more android people chosing iPhone.
