Typical Samesung customer service. This phone has more RAM than any iPhone in existence, but apparently it is not capable of Lollipop. Smh.

if i m not wrong,moto x 1 uses the same chip,cheers to motorola for giving 5.1 update,i heard its pain to optimise that chip to lollipop

Not surprised. That's Samsung for you. I bought S4 mini for 500$. 1.5 GB RAM, 8 GB ROM, and 1.7 Gh Dual Core is inferior??? WOW.. I believe in Second chance. But not the third. I will never ever buy or suggest a samsung product again in my life.

1.5 gb is not sufficient to run lollipop!i think samsung tries to fool its consumer by unbased reason atleast to shut them up..

I have S4 i9500.Still stuck with Kitkat 4.4.2. NO more Samsung again. Thanks!
