People complains about Sony using full HD screens and not 2k. Apple dont even have full hd screens om the Iphone 6 and that is ok???????

I own an Xperia P since Sept 2012 which does the job above and beyond well even today. It was a phone constructed with a harmonious balance between design, material and the right specs for its generation. Needless to say, I was sold to Sony with this handset and have been following every release since then. More often than not, I've been disappointed with each model released as that harmonious balance was compromised some way or other. Two models that came closest to tempting me were Xperia Z1 compact and Z3 compact with the only drawback being the material used. Plastic and glass made the device light. Yes, I said light. Every manufacturer competes to claim the spot of lightest phone to propel a marketing advantage. However, in my opinion its a big compromise on the premium feel of the phone. "Weight is a sign of reliability", said Boris the bullet dodger in Snatch and I buy into it. I've never come across a phone that's too heavy for anyone to carry around an entire day and so the race for thinnest and lightest is beyond me. A premium metal-glass material combined with Sony's signature omni-balance design will do wonders. Few speculated images on the web for Xperia Z5 captured my attention. One in particular that I hope to see implemented as Z5 or Z5 compact is the Xperia Tube or Xperia Seamless.

lol... Z3+ just rolled out globally.. 2months from now, samsung and apple will release their beast one and has a new features on it. I've waited for this since japan released their Z4 version. Now, how come i will buy (z3+) this if 2months from now launching the better one from samsung and apple? Yes, i like SONY, but they're only teasing our eyes and late rolling out globally. And now they're telling september will Z5 be launch? I don't think so... Sony is nailed to tail... Iam Sony fan.. Just saying about their lateness of releasing... They're good only for ads teasing.

I will spend a lot of money for Sony phone but I want very powerful and overheating fixed phone... a powerful phone that can kill all manufacturers... I want to see that Sony is number one smartphone brand - King of smartphones...

Also you can put yourselves an add on screen protection called "tempered glass screen protector". I agree that the plastic layer was pathetic, but that has been removed since z3 and there is no need to mention it. Dont get me start on samsung awful camera bumps.

however...if Snapdragon said the 820 wil be out at the 'end of 2015' which means Xperia z5 will have to wait, but i think it is good as perhaps Sony stop the half-year policy and rather make bigger upgrades from predecessors, i feel this will also decrease their revenue while increasing their nett profit
