in general people want , exactly what they want. a lot of people have specific needs. i could care less about removeable sd card. to many other ways just as fast to transfer. some people want it , some could care less. but those that want it have to have it, i always say buy what you want. if it doesnt fit your need dont buy it. after all my note 2 has fit my need for years. no reason for me to ever upgrade.

But now for the humor. if your going to be completely retarded, dont complain about no sd no removeable battery, i will never buy this phone, then say something like 6s has my money. so you cant live without a removeable battery or sd card, but will now buy a phone from a manufacturer who never had a removeable battery or sd card? makes way to much sense.

why do i buy samsung for quality, ive had a lot of phones. even a local phone here in the philippines from starmobile. it spent 1 year of its 1.5 year life span in service centers, with absolutely abismal after purchase support for it. if i were to buy another phone it would be samsung or lg, because i dont care much for iphones, i like to customize and tinker. not live in the apple orchard.

to me after purchase support is important. a removeable battery doesnt matter, i have a battery pack fits just fine in my pocket. and i have 32gb on my note 2 dont think ive ever gone over 10 of use on it. including my games.

All smartphone have usb port. You should do your research before posting. But not all laptop come with sd card slot reader. There your prove that sd slot is not necessary. You could just buy a usb card reader and use the phone otg function. That is one solution can be used for phone without sd slot. Make a big deal out of something as tiny as sd card, seriously. Galaxy Note 5 not going to solve world hunger or stop wars. It just a phone.

I had note 2 then 3 and now 4. Will i buy note 5? Not a chance. Im actually hoping that sales would fall of a cliff and that note 6 when it comes out has what note series used to have since day one. If not, well i can live without pen, and without physical buttons. But i cant live without removable battery and sd slot. And i dont want glass phone. Ill stick with my note 4 for a while then.

If they refuse to have microsd, they at least need to have USBc so I can offload to an external drive and not take literally all day via USB 2.0.

I'm glad I got my Note 4 a few weeks back for $1.00 from Best Buy. They had a one day sale, it was a Tuesday, for the Verizon Note 4 for $1.00 with a two year contract.

Samsung Support Team, 01 Aug 2015How many times do we need to tell you guys? Samsung new UFS... moreThat is no different then saying that PCs shouldn't have USB ports because external hard drives are slower than internal (due to the interface... very much similar to why microsd is not quite up to par). However, your logic fails to consider that many things don't require speed. Right now, I have a (rooted) Note 3 with a 200gb SanDisk microsd (232gb total without attaching an external drive via OTG). About 158gb of the external is currently being utilized as video, music, picture and random download storage. Since 4k video fills up space at about 350mb per minute (~10gb every 30 minutes), keeping the videos on the very limited internal space makes zero sense. Since speed is not required for playback, I have all my video files on the microsd card. On the phone itself, I have about 24gb taken up with various games and apps, so about 182gb worth of data. Even if Samsung's Note comes with 128gb, it simply can't accommodate.

Keep on Barking about SD Card and Samsung will still no hear you.

One complain to another and to another, there is no point as they will never listen to you. They have there own marketing strategy. Success or a Failure they will still continue to do what they wanted to do.

                              Simple Solution
= If you don'nt like the phone without an SD Card then buy a different phone that has one. It is as simple as that.

I guess we will see, won't we? Because the postings so far seem to point to 32G, period. If larger memory available, hope my carrier will have them (historically that's not what always happens, so yes, it could be hard.)
