Always when you buy a phone, you should expect it, to never get updated or properly updated (some get updates, but with too many bugs, or performance issues).

I was however hoping Samsung would update the K Zoom, to implement RAW support.
But Samsung still has not implemented that in any other phone either, as far as I know.

The App-switcher is a bit better in lollipop, with bigger overview. And support for chrome tabs. But the chrome tab system is not without it's issues. I dont like the way you cant close the open tab, without going to the task switcher.

The K Zoom already has USB-dac support.

So I'm not convinced it needs lollipop.
M would be nice, to integrate the micro SD slot with the system memory. But then on the other hand, you can no longer move the micro SD card and read it in other devices.

Android phones are already old when you buy them and most of them will never receive an operationg system update at all. They are sold as they are, not a word about sotware updates. Quick an dirty, pay and forget. I wonder why android phones are so expensive at all.

Android ist not my preferred OS any longer. It is too expensive to keep up with fixing security issues, because I always have to buy a new mobile device to get it fixed. So in my opinion Android is a business case for Samsung and Co only, but definitely not for the customer.

I am a K Zoom owner from october 2014. Very dissapointed by these news. Samsung are you f****ng kidding me? This is not an old phone. I was waiting patiently for the 5.0 update but with this kind of service, Samsung lost me forever as a customer.

And there is no S6 Zoom, what should i get for now? Yes i know, a LG G4 or an HTC and a DSLR for photos, but no more Shamesung.

Windows 10 totally sucks on all my laptops, so I fear that Windows 10 for phones will be just as bad! Windows 10 have too much marketing, everybody loves it even when it clearly sucks! Android is even worse than WP 8.1, even though it has more apps and games! My next phone will be an iPhone!

I have the S5, and prior to this one S4, and S1. I won't be buying Samsung anymore as I have noticed that the software remains buggy and slow (yet it is smooth) and they don't give out many updates. There are many bugs for the S5 and it's still a new phone but they chose to forget it after one year and that happened with the other phones also. No more Samsung for me.

I bought an HTC One M9, waiting for it to arrive, as I know that HTC does indeed update their software a lot. I also had an Oppo Find 7a and Oppo updated that device so many times lol, that's awesome.

Typical Shamesung. A customer spends hundreds of pounds/dollars on a new Galaxy, and Sammy doesn't bother updating the os. Outstanding customer service.

You can't expect much from Samsung. I had one and sweared to never have one again. Touchwiz is very laggy and if you get an Android update is because you have a flagship. Instead of buying this crap buy ASUS, motorola, nexus, oneplus... All of them have decent Android devices.
