Does it have an SD card slot? no. Exactly those things the samsung fans were so proud of because every samsung flagship had these exact two features were other phones of competitors were lacking in either one of those or both features. And now these so called samsung fans have the S6, lacking both of the features, while the Lumia 950 can handle 2TB of expandable memory when it comes so far.

Actually the desing of the phone is not important in everyday use because everyone puts them in somekind of a protective case anyway.

Listen you quite clearly have no idea but Microsoft didn't exactly score a hit buying Nokia. Plenty of Samsung devices have removable backs so no Samsung user is stuck as you put it. Learn about phones and pop back.

Microsoft, LG and include Sony since it still keeps everything consumers want intact, will be keeping their success on top and Samsung will go down. I am starting to get frustrated with their work.

AnonD-447116, 05 Oct 2015I dont like removable backs, the squeek after a drop or twoTrue, but on the other hand, phones are not meant to be dropped. Also, cases are available most of the time especially if your phone is under a mainstream/ big player OEM. As long as the removable back is not flimsy and shiny (fingerprint magnet), it will look fine! It will also have a greater chance of having an extra available back as an accessory so you can replace it when it ages.

I dont think so that 950 or 950 XL is going to be popular. The prices are at par with Galaxy s 6, edge, note and I phone 6 which is way too high to buy. People wont buy it, The reason is simple, the perception of the people hasn't changed yet towards wp. Which will sink MS mobile devices. On the other hand the company itself has sold all his USPs of wp. Mix Radio, Office, One Drive and Here. Its just a General phone. USP zero. Oh i forgot Cortana tooo.

If the Microsoft flagship phablet will have a micro SD slot, it will be a real winner for me and I will surely get it! I will just get an android tablet, like maybe the next Nexus will be a go for me so I won't miss Android that much. Lumia have the best cameras! Even the 640 XL which is a very affordable device is very competitive in a camera department! :)

Going to be an awesome phone. Removable back, good for the criticisms who bashed a non removable battery all the time and now are stuck with a crappy Samsung lacking both SD card and removable battery.

The question should be if the battery size of 950XL can be used in the 950, replacing it 3000mah default battery
