Removable backs are the worst, I remember dropping my GS4, the battery flew out along with the back cover and I could never find my battery. I spent a good hour looking for it, I dunno how it managed to vanish :\

Also though if you have a removable back it usually means everything is attached to the screen. This means the number one thing that needs replacing is the hardest thing to replace.

I prefer the iPhone 6 design or phones like the old Nokia Lumia phones, where the screen comes off first. It's still easy to replace the battery, in fact I've done it to a new phone, it is literally 3 screws, you pull a tab and it's out.

+ removable backs make your phone feel cheap.
