          AnonD-246723, 14 Oct 20151nm is not possible . It had been state that 5nm is the end .Going below 5 nm would be problematic with current technology, but it doesn't mean there no new technologies being worked out.

            what are you guys reading? it says 10nm.And second i dont see any logic to it when it comes to this articles alligations.Why stick with 14nm when 10nm is already at arms reach for them? being the first on the market is always good for the company.
