Surely they intended to put a torch light and probably later thought to make it to work as a flash as well. Otherwise there is no reasonable explanation. But two flashes? My lumia with 5mp doesn't have one XD

Don't get all excited, it is of course 16 MB of Ram, worst phone ever you will be better buying a dirt cheap android chinese phone.

So good. Might eat up the S6 and g4 edges' market for good.
These dimwits cannot even make a proper successor of the 808pureview(1020 was NOT. the shot to shot time was a tinge shorter than 1 hr and the camera always thought it's a shining morning sun out there).
The upcoming 950/950XL might turn something up up then.
