lol, 21 Jan 2016Do you even remotely know what Geekbench tests?Enlighten me.

AnonD-5197, 22 Jan 2016Do you actively use all 3 devices? I find even when i have ... moreNot anymore as it's NOT practical.
I tend to use the Huawei Mate 8 more and give the other 2 away.

Anonymous, 21 Jan 2016Galaxy S6 is smoother. Install CM12.1. Good SoC always m... moreExactly my point!

I was talking rather about out-of-the box experience while cursing the useless touchwiz that they have stuck on from ages so to look unique.

I know Samsung, given its great hardware, can do wonders if they somehow were able to optimize their software just as Sony has done.

AnonD-72449, 21 Jan 2016Well hopefully they will be.. Although i doubt it. The skin... moreProbably if galaxy s6 would have had unlocked bootloader and easy to flash custom ROMs... It would be a huge deal having mediocre speed last for even 4 years already lol and this phone is so cheap now.

Therby it might not look that smooth..

Anonymous, 21 Jan 2016Back in the day Exynos 8890 scored ~7500 on Geekbench. It's... moreCheck out sammobile..
These are bemchmarks at 1.6 Ghz..
I think this is in power saving mode..
Old score was a bit lower..
              They might have optimised it..

And u can even change settings through samsung app..

Kirin is a chinese-made product so though it performs good on geekbench, in reality it's performance will be inferior and good for 3-6 months use only. after that it will lag as a snail, lol.

                      I wish I had a meizu pro 5
I'm planning on getting the meizu hd50 headphones

                        I currently own the following:
                        Meizu Pro 5
Samsung S6 Edge Plus (already given as a gift)
Huawei Mate 8 with 128GB ROM (used the mSD slot for DUAL SIM)

I still haven't enountered any lags for all 3 devices that is if:
                        1) you optimized the software by removing all bloatwares
                        2) maximize RAM utility by turning off app backgrounds that are NOT needed
                        3) I don't do hardcore gaming

I would still say that these 3 devices still fit my lifestyle and happy with it.

I feel sorry for you, if you knew how to flash rims you'd know that the new nexus are a joke compared to the power of Exynos.

Better GPU too (all benchmarks show that, also the GPU does not throttle).

no major differences between the two chipset.
now it remains only as marketing to differentiate between them and of course the price.

I knew the S6 was still up there in the score charts. I have it for almost 4 months now and I love it so much. Very fast and stable phone without hiccups or freezes. I had my doubts before I bought it because of the Exynos processor but it's beyond expectation and definitely better performing than the SD810. I'm sure that the S7 will be a powerful beast too, we will soon find out. I love my S6 so much that it finally 'cured' my phone buying addiction. So I will not buy another phone at least until the S8 comes out ;)

The last exynos manage to be very power efficient. Didn't care much whether it outclass k950 in rawspeed as long as it obliterate it in power efficiency.
