It wasn't out of the ordinary. I mean with all the analysts out there, I think there might have been an estimate of some sorts about how much money Google is making from Android.
But one thing that messes everything up is these cat fights. Yeah, of course royalties have to be paid but a few decades from now it will be like giving money to Alexander Graham Bell for every smartphone you sell! It's stupid. Tech is for everyone...

$31 billion!!pretty impressive for such free os for all user compare to ios that you have to pay everything to get just a little thing...Example,maybe middle this year or next year you have to pay for listen radio in you iphone ir ipod...really....It's very unlogic thing but icrap user will say nvm just pay....stupid ifan

So 31 billion dollars in revenue from something that is free is pretty darn impressive.

So people who use Android are uneducated? How about we have just seen through all hype surrounding iPhone, realised it is not as great as the iFans make out, and decided to use a different OS? I'd argue that you are the uneducated one, either than or you are just an iDiot. As for Google stealing details, I think you better be careful what rubbish you spout, as that is tantamount to libel.

Even so, Google manages to come out and launch Android 5.0 full of bugs. Then it launched 5.0.1, 5.0.2, 5.1.0 and 5.1.1. Many of us are stuck in 5.0.2, with memory leaks and poor battery-life. It is time to take this business seriously!

Google stock android is the best working and best looking than any other android skin like touchwiz. You should stop comparing third party companies. Its OS fight between Google and iOS. We will see how 2016 will go. Everything is business. But Google does not look so much in profit as apple does.

Seems like you are apple fanboy and will never accept a fact that android is just better than your shitty iCrap. Android phones worth 2x less and gets at the same speed as iOS plus it offers a lot of customizations and custom development like flashing your own way developed ROM. You can tell to your phone what you want to do. IOS is a decent is that it works good even with 2 GB ram but misses a lot of features so probably that's why it runs very optimised. About design android wins as iOS is clearly made for women even how the whole phone is made.
