Hi.. i've recently having this problem also with firmware version 10c on H818P. I've flash update rom version 10k seem to be working well. Still i'm not sure how long its going to worked. Its been almost 3 weeks now. Will update to you guys if any changes.

Worst device I have ever used! fixed and replaced more than 5 times in 4 months... then I got it replaced with HTC M9+!

I have used G3, I have seen the multiple reboots when device was used for more than half an hour playing games, I have seen how laggy a UI could possibly be, I have seen how pathetic the reception was, so simply shut up.
Like I said, all other manufacturers have problems, true, but its the extent of those problems that matters. Having typhoid and cancer aren't the same.

ithehappy, 27 Jan 2016No company is there like that, without any problems, at the... moreyah sure my little youthesad......... right lg g4 devices now are being affect but this nothing new in other manufatures u want examples for example coming from another big companies. ... apple had issues with signal,home button,... samsung .. issues with amoled screens ....current flagships has issues with ram.. cant save on cache a process insted it has 4 gb of useless ram because everytime u try multitask device reloads insted of load from where u left of..... .. want more sony and the liquid damage for a waterproof phone come one.... some poor quality screens poor refresh rate ....... no to say the poor hardware that hawei use so they are well done because are comming from the north pole .... frozen as an iceberg ..... blackberry ohh what can we say about the poor software that everytime u update an application the miserable device has to reboot and takes for ever to get the main screen......not to say that if u purchase a phone in one region and u want to change the language u had to be good with computers and download the language pack and install in order to change it.... and these had issues with useless pin and trackpad ..... ...... sorry but u are wrong buddy not to count the unknown not commercial brands wich are plagged of issues .....the lack of knowledge makes u ignorant .... sorry youthesad

I'm from Indonesia. Based on the conversation with the LG Service Centre staff : It seemed that most of the affected G4 are from the initial batch of delivery (production). The problem occurs when the initital batch of G4 met with certain version of OS upgrade (but not sure which version, I forgot to jot down the information from the LG staff).
So far, the experience has been good. The LG Service Centre immediately acknowledged the issue and promised to fix the issue for FREE. However, due to the backlog of number of handsets that need to be replaced, they asked for 1 week to order the required parts (circuit motherboard). The parts came ahead of time (4 days, instead of 7 days), and the time to replace the parts also relatively quick, around 15 minutes.
Of course, all of the data is gone, but I just need to restore it from the last point of backup. I still love my G4 not only for its camera quality, but also the responsiveness of the LG Service Centre.

Many people are saying LG is shit for having a hardware problem. Please tell me one company that has made no phones with hardware problems.
At least LG acknowledge the problem and fix it, unlike some other companies.
