I'm gonna miss BoomSound speakers. It was awesome for watching Youtube and short videos. Insanely waiting for release to upgrade my Beloved M8. Im just wondering if 12MP UltraPixel is really true then they used new Omnivision technology which is simply amazing. Samsung and Apple (other brands is not even worth to type), BEHOLD!

this would be the worst design by htc, that too for a flagship! okay we get it, you made the iphone design. this design looks exactly like my old N97 including with the green led with silver outer rim except for the home button!

let's see:
- Dual frontal speakers. Best ones. Gone now? Time for me to give a serious look at the competition.
- They get rid of dual cameras while everyone else seems to invest in that area now. HTC was ahead on this topic. Now is moving back. Although, personally, I didn't care about the dual camera. Just saying.
- 12MP + OIS. Should have been there from the M7. It looks like the only interesting thing about this phone. But not enough to make it stand up from the competition.
- fingerprint reader? I have the phone set to bypass login while I have my smartwatch connected...
Forget about the cpu and ram. It will not set it apart from the competition either.
Really, why should I choose this over other phones? WHAT SETS IT APART?!
As a long time HTC fan I am really disappointed.

If I had to choose between this and Samsung Galaxy S7. I'll take S7 all day. HTC is following what others phone makers are doing. Nothing new here that what me to buy it. If it had 4K resolution and 25MP cam back and 10 cam front and screen was industuable then maybe.

I do not believe so. It is impossible.
The phone must be have to put a minimum camera 16MP, but the correct it would 21 MP.

12mp madness. Will be interesting to compare with super sampling from rivals. We could see it can be done: low light + big resolution (lg,sony,). Wonder what kind of camera tech will be used in G5.

Atleast they got rid of that huge HTC bar at the bottom. This thing looks good. It's something different, and I need something different. Tired of this monotonous BS.

from what am seeing i think there is a boom sound speaker, because that gap is too big for just ear piece speaker, so i believe it is boom soud, and hopefuly the second boom sound speaker wiil be placed beside the charging port,just the way the A9 speaker was placed.i love this design. HTC ALL THE WAY

Of course, it's just a rumor. Assuming the news has some truth, then their decision-making a presentation in a special frame, not the MWC has a logic.
In my opinion, it is something else, a new strategy they use already folks from Lenovo, Huawei, Xiaomi.
This strategy involves a direct action towards the public in the foreground being only your product without other Jyotish other competitors.
Anyway, the MWC can be said that both LG and Samsung, will confront with their achievements, and in fact, the third will win in the end. ..:))
The mystery is the fact that you have to guess who is the third ? (or those who belong to the third group)
