Well this is definitely unfair to those who have genuine reasons for refund, but hey look at the bright side now we'll have to worry less about getting the used phones.

online shopping stores should provide trial/display malls in main cities so that consumers can check before they order anything.

No racist here. Somehow I knew why there are a lot of YouTubers of smartphone that ara Indians. As a consumer, these Indian YouTubers provide us important information before fully deciding to buy a phone. I hope this event won't minimize or affect that privilege of having honest and competent reviewers and reviews.

Though i want to know, whats the return policy in another countries? Are people in another countries same as in India.
I for sure knew that this policy wont work in India. Indians just grab the opportunity to abuse the system.

You can't survive in India if you are really a honest person. It's ruled by fraud, thieves and corruption. Be it companies, the government and especially politicians. And if you have money, you have the license to do anything in India.

P.S. I am an Indian as well.

                              And Amazon, good move.
