I'm assuming the top grill is a combo speaker for ear and external, and the down facing grill is the other speaker. If this is the case and the stereo effect is as good as two front facing speakers, I will put this back on my list. I don't really want the large Nexus 6P, nor really wait for the next Nexus with the hopes it has front facing speakers. My M7 is barely hang on with more frequent reboots and a battery with little life left. Lots of people say they don't need stereo speakers as they use headphones, but when you're trying to share videos and music with a group of friends, stereo speakers that are actually loud are a big deal.

On this image, you can clearly see top ear round grids and decreasing size of five slot at bottom grids, as seen leaked image renders. some people blind so see them.

To me this year is either Xiaomi Mi5 PRO, Huawei P9 or HTC 10 (or whatever the name they will come up with). Mi5 is out already, and I'm good with it, now waiting for the rest to show their faces. Standing by...

The teaser basically states that the long ear-piece at the front and the speaker at bottom will both produce audio creating dual firing speakers.

Top one looks to be the front facing speakers at the earpiece.
Bottom one looks to be the grill at the bottom of the phone, like what you get on some other brands.
So maybe stereo, but with one front facing and another down/side facing? (depending on your orientation)
