Xperia X Performance to land in Japan next month

Seems that other's brands fans are desperate to troll this phone with every chance they got. This can only mean one thing: this phone ROCKS and they are afraid!
Unless you are using VR, the X Performance is perfect! SnapDragon 820 on a 5" FHD display is the best combo out there when it comes to battery life and performance.
Add waterproof and SD Card on Sony quality build and you have the best phone!
I can't wait to buy it!

The Xperia X will be a great phone. I am a little surprised that they didn't make the XA their flagship, as it looks amazing! As a company, you should never make your budget product look better than your high end. The edge to edge display is beautiful. Snapdragon 820 is more than enough in terms of processing for years to come, so I don't think they are too late for the average consumer. The problem is the average consumer isn't smart, they will buy what ever is popular. Look at the iPhone, it's a decent device, but not a standout. Sony mobile does seem to be run by someone who has no clue. I sold over 300 Xperia devices in the U.S. myself and can attest that customers love Sony, but now Sony doesn't even sell in the United States. Just the z5 and compact, no premium, and at best buy only. Hopefully Sony can turn it around as I like to use my dual shock 4 on my phone.

There is no reason to still go for a 1080p screen when samsung's own S7 has better battery life than some phones with 1080p screens. And remember, sony are charging similar amounts for their flagships and releasing them half a year late. You have to be soft in the head to wait that long for an inferior product.

It's like they have gone back to the old ways of Sony Ericsson.
Remember first Xperia device and Satio.
Took SE 10 painful months to get these phones on to the market after announcement.
Completely outdated by the time it was released.

sony should take lessons from samsung about how to release phones as soon as possible, now this set of x series are half an year late, we'll just be waiting for the next year's stuff...and its not like sony wants to take on the samsung note series...

Even worse than htc
No usb c even and it will be... moreHTC10 had USB C, XXP & SGS7 both doesn't have.
HTC10 had no Aluminum Body, which is available from both XXP and SGS7.
SGS7 had no Stereo speaker, HTC10 & XXP have.
XXP & SGS7 had IP certified, HTC10 had nothing.
Not to be sided with any but each phone had their pros and cons. Picking on one Cons and completely ignore about the Pros of the rest makes you sounds like an ignorance idiot.
