E series usually costs 100 euros even less sometimes...so for the price specs are more than good .

... moreProbably just the last release of each series. They've only just started the X united thing and the E5 would've been under production for a few months. Just easier to do it that way.
As for specs. Meh, even for low end. The Mediatek 6735 is an ok chip, matches the SD410 and is 64bit. Mali-T720 GPU, underclocked to 600mhz so 720p is the max for it.
Should be ok for light-moderate usage. Hopefully they'll use a good size battery to make it worth while and a good price, It'll have to compete with the Moto E - when it get revealed.
