Samsung Gear S3 set to be unveiled on August 31

Tizen works great for Samsung wearabl... moreChill we all know you hate Samsung and want to see them fail lol but they're not abandoning their bread & butter Android, they're the reason why Samsung is even relevant in the smartphone space, and both of them wouldn't be where they are today if it weren't for Apple. They'll probably keep taking small steps like wearables as you mentioned but they won't release highly speced Tizen operated smartphones outside of the Korean and surrounding markets.

      Gear S3 Classic hmmm. Tizen works great for Samsung wearables... they should have a proprietary OS for theyr phones too, like Apple. They did say without an ecosystem of theyr own, the future for that company is compromised. Hopefully a good smartwatch to pair with the upcoming Nexus.
