so I dont know how to actually quantify this but my note7 battery has been crap compared to the s7 active I swapped out from. I listen to TuneIn pretty much all day starting at 7am till 4pm
by noon on my s7 active my battery will be around 70% with this Note7 it is 50%. Im wondering if anyone else has noticed similar issues?

What the heck is the deal with the Snapdragons, anyway? Slower, hotter, and much worse battery life as well? Why is this seen as a viable option for the U.S. model phones?

I got note 7 2 days battery life very good.... if you know how set it up .... last 2 days... you can Google set up to save battery

it really would have been nice to place the name of the phones in the same location in each section. My eyes took a while to review this information. Now I am still confused if i want this product or not. i have the note 5 and the battery on it sucks.. It will die at 43%.. ugh

So S7 edge has the best battery life then Note 7? Wow very disappointed. Samsung has killed the Note series. Note 7 is a larger S7 edge ,😡😡😡😡😡

I'm surprised the Note7 got longer SOT when I first set up the wife's S7 Edge of 7 hours SOT.
I'll be making charts of the Note7's battery usage on Excel again.
This is all initial, and expect the battery usage to dip down than the first recorded feats.

Again ,this is the first cycle, with just 720p resolution.

If Exynos processor is better than snapdragon in terms of speed, performance, heating & battery life, Samsung should do away with snapdragon variants...

This will be some of the most handy information with regards to Note 7 users who want actual 'all day usage'.

AnonD-367917, 22 Aug 2016A lot of what you have written there makes your account rin... moreI just got the Note7 just some 6 hours ago, had it fully charged and just organizing the setup of apps, and configurations connected to wifi. I have yet to get a nano SIM card.
I dialed down the screen resolution to 720p, and after consuming some 1/3 of the power, I managed some over 3H SOT, on a 4-hour stretch.

I do not find any complaints about the change of the clarity from 1440p to 720p. If this is what it takes to have around 9 hours of SOT from a single charge, then I'll be glad to just keep this on.
I think I'll make a comparisons of all the resolution settings with same usage scenarios.

This just shows that Samsung just had the New iPhone 7 models in the minds and just wanted another phone out before Apple announced there new phones,They should have waited till the new 821 chips were ready which they say is more efficient than the 820,Samsung should have brought back the removable battery option to make a lot different than the S7 Edge,just seen also the Stylus spring breaks easy,and get stuck inside the phone,when your paying so much for a phone you want it to last longer and not break easy,but rushing the Note 7 out might back-fire on Samsung
