Apple have already said that the phone will be "boring" actually it will be tweaked so that it generates sales
Contrary to the norm the S WILL get the changes as it is the anniversary phone
Apple have marketed their phone so that you are alawy left with the impression that your phone is out of date as the latest one has this extra feature
This has to be expected when the S-wave or bumper phone cases have a portal to show the Apple logo
I keep my phone for the length of the contract, and due to the many many new phones that are released at TWO years despite bing in mint condition there is NO resale value and I am NOT giving my phone away
So whilst envious I do see people preferring to buy a 2 year old iPhone than another NEW Android such is the appeal

You simply will be able to tell what phone model is so whether this appears on the IP7 or IP7S not having this latest feaure will drive many in the pursuit of the latest iPhone

The only way to get one handed use (like Jobs always wanted) on a phone with a non-small screen is to basically eliminate all elements (apart from the screen) from the front.
That requires 3 things: a clickable screen to mimick the home button (3d touch does this already), to integrate the fingertip sensing to the screen thus eliminating accidental touches but *also* let it be used as fingertip sensor in certain places (this tech is at large), invent some kind of drop resistant glass (apple almost did it with sapphire glass, but then took everything back; hopefully the tech is ready now). So Apple already has 1.5/3, maybe the rest is hidden in their sleeve, let's wait and see.
If they pull this off, I'm taking back all those that I said about the "death of Jobs' spirit", etc. It will be the device that will stop the bleeding of sales...
But something tells me that they won't pull it off...

Why you brongs only rumors...nothing was true till now.....when was about to post something about apple. where is iphone pro..where is all other rumors...you like only to assume.

Remove that home button and then make the bezels smaller. Integrate the fingerprint scanner on the screen instead of other buttons which is hideous imo. No retina scanner or whatever it is called, it's too gimmicky.

I expect the phone to be in its best performance before any manipulation, so for instance i dont jailbreak to circumvent the ios limitations and justify ios weaknesses afterwards. As i said, the camera was great and yes it was smooth but it was off everytime I was out for a one day trip. Then I thought what is the point of having an amazing camera without a solid battery? So for instance even on Airplane mode the battery was drained much faster than Ios. And if you want to compare the prices, younshould compare the market entering prices, 550€ for 5x and 750€ for 6s. Now 5x is much cheaper. Unfortunately i didnt try 6p which is much better than 5x but again the battery (i read most of xda battery related forums)

somebody u dont know, 26 Aug 2016true ... it now just looks like fake iphone when compared t... moreim and android fan, huge fan, but have to jump to an iphone. im excited about it, but now knowing the iphone 8 will have alot more done to it then the iphone7, kind of a bummer- I cant hold out that much longer, as the only reason im jumping ship is entirely for support reasons within my current employer- (most employees are using iOS mobile devices) all of our internal mobility apps are designed for iOS, so providing technical support for that, obviously having an iOS device helps-

Esfand, 26 Aug 2016I bought a nexus 5x and i couldn't bear android os as well ... moreSo you are comparing a $250 phone with a $700 phone, did you try to Unlock and root the 5X and install a different Rom, the 5X might not be as good with the battery life, but the phone is smooth as butter with a great camera. The reason the iPhone seems faster is because it runs on a closed ecosystem, it's pretty much an app phone and that's about it.
