For example, last week when a security vulnerability was found, apple released an update after only 24 hours.
Which Android manufacturer will even bother, to release critical security and bug fix updates for their 4 years old devices? If you're lucky, maybe you'll get an year support for
your Android phone.
I think you're a bit confused. The newest phone with the latest Android will get slow and
lag after a few months of normal use. While even an 4 years old Iphone will keep working
fast, smooth and clean on the latest IOS.
I have an old iphone with the latest IOS, and an old Lollipop Android,
Do you want to guess which one is still working excelent !?
Yes, it's the IPhone !
Those are simply the facts.
There is no need to look for excuses "why it's not necessary to update old devices".

Besides Android 7.0 looks like the most useless update so far.
Multi window I had even on my first Note 1. LOL
If your phones work good, don't update guys. They ruin your phones on purpose. To make you buy new phones. Apple do the same.

The annoying part is that things don't work as on Windows, and new updates are just not optimized well on "older" devices. I have a 12 year old PC with minor upgrades, and Windows 10 works better than any OS before, except XP maybe.
On iOS, however, my Ipad air is getting slower and slower with each update, while no worthy features are being added. Makes me wish I could roll back to iOS 8, but I can't.

come on sammy the galaxy tab s8.4 same chipset and ram as the note 4 and the galaxy alpha 1gb less ram will get the update and the alpha and note 4 no ???? why?
