Sd801 and older devices aren't compatible to nougat according to Google's quality standards. They simply can't. Even Sony, which had a nougat beta on the xperia z3, isn't even allowed to have an official nougat release on that phone.

Oh, come on Samsung! Just update the S5 and Note 4! The Snapdragon chipsets in those phones can easily run Nougat, but you decide to update your less powerful low-end phones instead? Good thing my contract ends in a couple months...

the same as Android with one major new version every year
but with a lot a lot of fixes for IOS but Android only one hot fix 6.0.1

Seems like Google doesn't have anything to do instead to launch more updates, basically users don't have enough time to enjoy a update when is going out another one that suppose to be better but in fact it comes with a list of mistakes

While Samsung phone are still among the better ones, they can never established themselves as premium cos they don't treat their existing customers as so.
