Nexus Sailfish and Marlin prices rumored to be higher than 5X and 6P

I still don't get why ppl compare this to a iphone's pricing also for all those retards who think high price means premium i feel sorry for them. Nexus has a vision of giving clean android experience to users and a good hardware to support its vision.

Let's just wait and see. HTC is premium builds. I am no apple hater at all but the i phones are 800-1000 Australian dollars more. With all due respect iPhone which I like also is clearly not worth that intergalactic price hike with the specs, not that far up, so whinge about that instead. There are a plethora of other makes fighting price wars at the low end. The nexus looks mid to high in price and going premium. Different category. Even though I deliberated on i6 last year for 3 months which I love, I woke up one day to the HTC A9. Never looked back. I don't need a phone that has hyper warp speed to change a world, In business and general smart zappy moderate heavy function that's overkill. So the freedom of Android with the super slick feel in hand handset of .A9. Perfect. Like having best of both worlds. A9 owners know what I mean. Anyway, regards to nexus and their other releases, it will be very interesting to see the final price and get a handle on the proposed premium lift. For one thing, with HTC I feel confident in all round durability and quality build.

Honestly, HTC worth higher than that , it's not like some obscure Chinese brand.
You want premium hardware , go buy it. Otherwise get the 6p , still will do the job for ya.

Last year's Nexus still holds it's own on dxomark and the HTC 10 is already up there with the best, maybe not top 5 but still up there, I very much doubt that it'll be a step back from either last year's Nexus or the HTC 10, something would have gone majorly wrong if that's the case...

Sailfish has 4GB RAM and it's stock google. I have a OnePlus X and really like the phone except for all of the Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity issues. It's kind of annoying. Might get the sailfish after it goes down in price because that stock Android with awesome updates is something I miss from my old Nexus 5.

And the Sailfish, unlike the 5X will be a proper flagship. That, and the price will drop quickly just like with nearly all phones.

wait what? It's europe god damnit, and you expect same price in euros? you are wrong. Just remember when nexus 6p 32gb costed 499 usd, in europe it was 649 euros, so expect atleast 150 euros on top of sailfish, so for 550 euros you might get sailfish

Very cheap phones. With features like Virtual Reality, this is very less price as compared to an $800 Oculus Rift connected to a $1000 gaming PC. A $500 day dream would will change the way how people think of Virtual Reality and will create new possibilities one can't even think of

They should include Boomsound Speakers,DAC/Amp combination of VIVO Xplay 5 elite,the finger scanners of oneplus 3,the camera from Nexus 6P with OIS(but they may include the same one from HTC 10),Maybe IP53 certification of HTC 10.
They could have fooled us by saying the daydream ready sensor/screen combo is expensive but there are Daydream ready phone with QHD display(ZTE AXON 7) for way less money
Maybe google/HTC trying to get better profit margins as Nexus Phones are not going to break any sales record.I dont mind buying one at this price,if most of the above demands are met(It should be the first well rounded nexus(Nexus 6P had a throttling processor,average Headphone jack,emmc storage,No OIS etc to name a few)),otherwise I will go for Galaxy s7(Here in UAE it only cost ~$50 more than Oneplus 3).
