Where are days when phone was meant to be smart, not just in sw sense but on hw side too. Samsung is an example of still increasing number of sensors and such, with every device being a different, be it tech side or looks. Sony change phone every 1/2year, but try to find successor to Z5compact with 4K recording capabilities., or Z5Premium with premium screen and body. Xperias stay the same, with same screen, camera, battery, body... nothing to take a breath away, even camera postprocessing is still joke to non-sony users with G5,X-Force,10,S7 and many others going noiseless, taking away even that little noise which was still better than that in XZ shots.
SO, what I miss from sony? I miss them being extravagant and doing just the minimum that cannot be called revolution, just evolution.

Overall I think its a decent phone though, with the main concerns being battery life and price. It isn't worth the price if it doesn't even have a top of the class display.

At first, i hated XZ for 2900mah battery. For everything else, it should be considered equal with other flagships. But as time goes, i think i can forgive 2900mah situation considering the cpu is not power hog like Z5 gen so the battery life should be better than Z5 or X Performance. It's hard to win other people hearts though these days considering the stagnant IT inventions.
