HMD officially takes over the Nokia phone business

Nokia has a lot accrued goodwill (in Apples world the equivalent is magic and mystery). If they are careless and blow it it will be blamed on new Nokia being an alltogether different company only trying to take advantage of the name.

HMD is mostly the old Nokia team who were laid off by Microsoft so has the old Nokia dna ;)

So the conclusion is if HMD get success we will read HMD will use there own brand name..
Then again everyone site splash real Nokia coming no only license game this time.
