My Pixel developed scratchy vibration with touch gestures, notifications, vibration. I have been forced to turn off the vibration but still have the problem with notifications noise. This is also one of the known problems with the Pixel, see Forums. It developed whilst i was abroad last December, I have just been back and will take it back to Carphonewarehouse (UK) and see what they say. If you really want the Pixel for the camera I would wait for the Pixel2.
The lens flare problem is still there. The camera however is excellent apart from the lens flare.

Hi, this is not something new. I have had this issue since 2014 itself with "google" phones. My nexus 5 had this problem for a long time and this topic was raised and discussed in fact since 2013 in google forums. My phone could not be used as is and the caller couldnt hear me. It worked only on BT, headphones and or loudspeaker. And there are countless such complaints on the forum.

This is a good example of why not to be the first one to buy a new model of something. Let the problems get worked out first and buy it six months or more after it hits the market.

If it's not a software problem bring it to custom service, you get 6 month guarantee on the battery.

The only problem with my Google Pixel is battery drain. Android OS takes 20% of my battery each day...
Definitely not buying another Pixel phone this year.
