This means you arent taking up more storage space on your hard-drive than you need to. iTunes really is a lot more user friendly now than what it used to be

Why I still see people say iPhone expensive? Those people know anything abt calculating? Do ur math n see other phone on other OS! iPhone is cheap n good resale value after 1 year of usage. I sell it after 1 year n upgrade to new model. See u can do that with ur nokia n samsong?? So many supporting apps in AppStore n always get ur latest OS upgrade. Check with android 1.6 n 2.0 users, do they still wait for upgrade? They already hopeless n turn into new phone. That's the cost of getting latest android OS. U want freedom? Jailbreak ur iPhone! So many free educated website out there. Thanks 4 reading!

(sorry if that sounds harsh), but the harsh reality is that iphones have hit a 40% fail rating and are all based on mac technology, don't get me wrong that is great if its a laptop and you are in design or music but pointless in the phone. HTC is taking the market in terms of realiability. Not only that but also the samsung galaxy whoops the iphone again, and in terms of apps android does it better.

Maybe you think people pay the money because its the "iPhone" But apple is the number one phone company there is no phone so far that can beat the iPhone, the things it offers from apps to technology is endless, so i would pay $1000 AUD for this

May be apple is happy with their sales..but, they are too expensive...we just pay for the name... I will never buy an apple phone for ~700 Euros. With that money I can buy two good phones one android and one bada with two same no. sims and have fun....
I'm not a fan of any brand, a fan of my pocket....who gives me the best hardware for a cheaper price I choose them...
Anyway every year there is hundereds of new phones....
Looks like most people got the ""MOBILOMANIA"" sikness...

This is just wrong, is like sensure the liberty of sharing, one day apple will close WiFi to "Just their devices" since they can "catch" a virus or share "Intelectual" licenced material over it..
People don't let aplle fool you, Block thittering, bluetooth and even change the battery is JUST PLAIN WRONG!

me, 08 Apr 2011will will never get true improvement when all the companies... moreAgree with that, but the fact is, people prefeer more cheaps phones, that's why Nokia don't kell S40 series, since not all the people (and the great majority are in 3rd. world tracks) wants to pay big money for a piece of luxury, so in that hand Nokia is a very strong company, Mexico, south america, india, sudan, etc. etc. have more profits on less than 100 dlls phones than any other, maybe Apple and Android have nice profits, but let's be real, the sales are not that strong in other coutries...I'm pretty sure Apple will increase sales in a "cheaper" version of the iPhone than release their full priced ones...Like Nokia..The N97 - N97 Mini, The Xperia - Xperia Mini and others aroun...Maybe if they release iPhone Mini gadgets they will have more people on their side..
For now Android is the king of phone market, and this is simple, they have Motorola, Samsung, HTC, LG and more on their side...remember divide and conquer!
Now for Nokia is an long term vision with Microsoft, if they do phones just for microsoft this will be the same history of applem but the benefits will be good, since there will be full 100% compatible phones with Microsoft OS, and Nokia will be loyal to M$ since Nokia give their back to Android, and they will continue supporting Symbian-Maemo software...so, maybe nokia will have something in hands to do this, and I don't think this is just a...desesperate move for surviving!

The sad thing about the iphone (amongst the many which people think) is its dependency on iTunes. Nokia is much better in that respect (and so are, I believe, many others). The mass storage mode just literally allows you to drag drop / copy paste files. Then again, its maybe because Nokia (and other such) phones are tailored for perhaps the Windows OS whereas the iPhone is more tailored towards the Mac. With Windows being more user friendly than Mac in my opinion, Nokia (and other such) phones are bound to score in this regard. Perhaps for Mac users, this dependency of the iPhone on iTunes may not be a big deal - in fact, for them, the iPhone may just very well be the perfect phone !!!

if they all shared their patents then we would then be able to see what the tech market is truly capable of.
at least with apple the release their product and then wait a year so you at least get to use it b4 it has been replaced
i mean look at nokia going to release 40 phones this year 1/4 them smartphones that means if you buy their first it will be replaced nearly once a month.
apple have a very good business plan in my opinion. they dont flood the market so when they release a product ppl get excited about it.
on the other hand sony have just released 3 or 4 phones at the same time which all that does is split their customers attention

Just an FYI, the phone carrier that I work for has recently told us that we have a lot of iphone 4 to get rid off, asap and that stock supply is not an issue. This would indicate to me that the iphone 5 is definately coming out soon

but the real truth apple is only making a great UI and a whole lot of crap apps, why do i have to jailbreak to get the most basic features such as Bluetooth File Sending? and this whole iTune echo-system sucks. better work on it Steve. cant wait to see the new iPhone but im not buying until i see some real changes.
